Q: What sizes do you offer?
We stock sizes S–True 5XL because everyone deserves great-looking apparel. Please refer to our size chart before ordering to ensure the perfect fit.
Q: What are your shirts and hoodies made from?
Our garments are made from quality materials chosen for comfort, durability, and vibrant print results. Material details are listed on each product page.
Q: How long is shipping?
We print each order to order. Production takes 2–5 business days, with standard Australian delivery usually taking 3–7 business days. Tracking is provided with every order.
Q: Where do you ship?
We currently ship Australia-wide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and orders over $99 receive FREE standard shipping.
Q: Will the print fade or crack?
We use premium-quality printing designed to last. Wash inside out in cold water, avoid bleach, and don't tumble dry on high heat for the best longevity.
Q: Can I return my order?
Because every item is made to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
Q: How do I know what size to order?
Each product includes a detailed size chart. If you're between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up.
Q: Is this a good gift?
Absolutely! Our unique graphic designs make great gifts for birthdays, Father's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, or anyone who loves something different.
Q: What if i cannot find what i am looking for?
We can create custom T-shirts, hoodies, mugs, tumblers, stubby holders, pens, and more for businesses, clubs, events, or personal use. If you cannot find an image of your choice, simply order a custom print and upload it to us!

Q: Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed securely using Shopify's encrypted checkout. Your payment information is never stored by Built Different Goods.
