Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking number so you can follow your parcel's progress.

Refunds and Returns

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Include all original packaging where possible.
Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

As many of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. This includes if you:

Change your mind after ordering.
Order the wrong design or colour.
No longer want the item.
