Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped via Australia Post. Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days from dispatch, depending on your location within Australia.
Shipping
We proudly ship Australia-wide using Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking number, allowing you to monitor your parcel's journey.
As soon as your parcel leaves our workshop, we'll email you your tracking details so you can follow its progress. If you haven't received your tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Refunds and Returns
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or has a manufacturing defect, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must: • Be unused and in its original condition. • Include all original packaging where possible. • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
As many of our products are printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. This includes if you: • Changed your mind after ordering. • Ordered the wrong design or colour. • No longer want the item.
Please choose your size carefully before placing your order. We provide detailed size charts on every product page to help you select the correct fit. Because every item is printed specifically for your order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizes ordered by the customer.
